Bottle Up Your Emotions

As I painted this I just wanted to make it crazy simple to read,
Basically, all I want you to get from this painting is that, as a young man you grow up learning that a man doesn't show his emotions, he doesn't express himself in anything but anger, pride and all this other bullshit.
so really you're left to bottle them up but I know that's never the answer, I've seen some of my closest brothers bottle up their emotions and come so close to the edge that they very nearly didn't see the next day.
And that strikes me right to the core, it really does, I'm blessed to have been raised in a way that doesn't shame me for expressing myself, in emotions or art form.
So this one's for my brothers still out here bottling it all up, i just want to say that you don't have to.
Their are people around you who love you and want to listen to you and be their for you.
If you feel like there isn't, then I'm always more than happy to talk.
I know some of my sisters feel this way too so know that I think of you also when i talk about this.
Just please, uncap that bottle once and for all.
